As a woman it is hard to find honest mechanics because usually we are taken to the cleaners from our lack of knowledge with motor vehicles. Mechanics Plus employees not only treat you with respect but give you an honest evaluation of your vehicle, what needs to be fixed with an estimated time frame..not the phrase "this need to be fixed right now!". Thier rates are very competitive and thier service is rather quick. What I like about Mechanics plus is I take it in and get my vehicle fixed..they always let me know if something is coming up for repair or to keep an eye on..it's just like having family fix your vehicle.. AWESOME!

We have been taking our vehicles here for years. We have never felt such personal service anywhere else. We only get fixed what needs to be fixed. He runs a very honest and reputable business. Will even give you a lift home if you live close by. That's what I call service. Also will call you and let you know what the problem is and what is needed for the repair in detail. Mechanics Plus has been my repair shop for just under 2 years now and I will not take my car anywhere else. They have done the following work on my cars: - Timing belt change - Tune up - Replace Tires - Brakes - Alignments - Oil changes - Harmonic Balance replacement - Change motor mount and a few other things I can't remember. Quality- They have always been able to accurately diagnose the problems and fix without any issues. Have never had to take my car back after problem was fixed. Integrity- I took my car to a local Good Year/Gemini Repair Center for a flat tire and came back that afternoon with a $1300.00 estimate for work required. The repairman said I needed new front/rear brakes, new struts (all 4), new tires. Then they tried to sell me their credit line so that I could charge it on that. I said ok, let me take it to my mechanic. I already new I needed new tires but when I took it to Mechanics Plus they told me my brakes and struts were fine. When I explained to Bill what happened at GY he mentioned that yes, changing struts is a big money maker for mechanics because they are pretty easy to do and provides a good profit margin so it is often oversold. Mechanics Plus only performed the work required in all instances that I had my cars there and they explained everything in detail. I live in the Avalon Park area, about 20 mi away but have no problem traveling that far. I really appreciate the work and accountability they hold themselves up to.
